One thing is becoming clear: companies are back in motion.
After several years of cautious decision-making due to geopolitical changes, the pandemic, and shifting industries, many organizations are investing in themselves—exploring growth initiatives and new markets, modernizing their digital presence, and revisiting long-delayed strategic projects.
Across our client portfolio, Q2 brought high-quality lead generation and a noticeable increase in organizations preparing for shifts in buyer behavior and accelerated growth in many deep tech industries.

Many next-generation semiconductor tools are transitioning from development into production environments, driven mainly by AI infrastructure and advanced packaging changes. As OEMs scale manufacturing and demand increases across the supply chain, companies serving semiconductor fabs are winning design-in opportunities backed by AI chips, silicon photonics, packaging, and metrology.
Interest in both commercial space initiatives and military/aerospace programs continues to create opportunities for companies providing precision components, advanced manufacturing, photonics, optoelectronics, and other specialized technologies. Key market drivers in this space include satellite communication systems, low-Earth-orbit satellites, reusable launch systems, AI-driven mission control, and in-space infrastructure.
One of the biggest shifts we observed in Q2 is increased activity within medical, life science, and animal health markets. New proof-of-concept projects, research initiatives, and development programs suggest many organizations are actively investing in future innovation pipelines.
In animal health specifically, several trends continue to gain momentum:
Increased adoption of preventative care models
Growing interest in biologics and personalized treatment approaches
Expanded investment in in-clinic diagnostics
Growth of smart devices and wearable technologies

Looking across all of our clients’ metrics and activities in Q2, here’s what we noticed:
Digital lead generation has changed due to LLMs.
Across industries, we saw a significant reduction in traditional organic search traffic as buyers increasingly rely on AI-powered research tools to identify vendors. In some cases, prospects are conducting their research entirely through AI-generated summaries and contacting companies directly without ever registering as website visitors. About 76% of AI citations are tied to pages updated within the previous 30 days.
Marketing investments are returning.
We're seeing a noticeable increase in foundational marketing initiatives that many organizations postponed during periods of uncertainty. Among the most common projects are website rebuilds designed for AI-first search behavior, market and voice-of-customer research, and automated sales enablement. In many cases, these are investments that organizations wanted to make several years ago but delayed until revenue and bookings supported the effort.
Authenticity is still winning across platforms.
People engage with people. Authentic photos, employee stories, team highlights, customer interactions, and candid content consistently outperform highly polished corporate messaging. Organizations that encourage employees to share insights, contribute expertise, and help distribute content are creating marketing advantages that are difficult for competitors to replicate.
Compliance is changing.
ADA lawsuits are heating up, and recently, France and Italy have implemented new consent requirements for email tracking. In Italy, this applies to both B2C and B2B, while France still allows implied consent for B2B only if the marketing communications are relevant to the contact's job and have an easy way to unsubscribe.
Here’s what you should consider for your marketing strategy:
Content freshness for AI-visibility.
Even small updates signal relevance to LLMs. The companies seeing the strongest results are focusing on more frequent website updates, industry-specific pages aligned to target markets, strategic paid social campaigns, and AI-friendly content structures.
(But be sure to balance authenticity with AI-structured content. At the end of the day, people will buy from people.)
Building trust through personal branding.
Your engineers, scientists, technical specialists, sales leaders, and subject matter experts are often among your most powerful marketing assets. In many cases, building visibility and content around your team also helps build trust in your company.
Improved sales efficiencies.
In our industries, buyers are harder to reach, and sales teams are expected to generate more revenue with the same resources. Organizations should audit their sales processes and leverage AI and CRM automation to scale revenue and reduce manual administration work without increasing headcount.
