Marketing Tip of the Week: How B2B Companies Can Win with LinkedIn [Video]

MTOTW #45: More than 60% of B2B marketers consider LinkedIn to be the most effective social media channel for their business. So how should your team be using LinkedIn?

  • First is to drive lead generation. LinkedIn Groups are a great source of prospective customers. Post downloadable content that addresses a specific need or problem, and people will click.
  • Second is lead follow-up. In addition to adding trade show leads to an email nurture program, connect with them on LinkedIn. Be sure to customize your invitation to connect, identifying where you met them, and how and when you’ll contact them in the future.
  • Finally, your engineers and salespeople can build thought leadership by answering Group questions and posting relevant articles.

Each week, we share a quick tip for marketing success on our YouTube and Instagram channels. Follow us there or subscribe to our blog updates so you never miss a tip.
