The Challenge
MetLife, a global leader in insurance, looked to transform their IT operations during a time of industry-wide change. They wished to brand an enterprise change initiative and develop a strategy to communicate long-term vision and drive near-term behavior at every level of the organization (in less than three months). Key goals included:
- Retain key talent through change in locations, roles, and expectations
