Account Manager 

This position can be in Rochester, NY, or has the potential to be remote. We have a hybrid, flexible WFH environment at our headquarters and have generous PTO and benefits as well as great opportunities for growth.

The Account Manager is a leader within the Account Services team and is an active contributor to Launch Team’s growth, service delivery, customer satisfaction, and overall future vision. This position reports to the President.

Job responsibilities:

  • Ensures that goals and expectations are clearly defined and communicated to all internal and external parties

  • Meets internal customer service needs
  • Trains on how to meet client-specific needs

  • Performs all other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Travel up to 4x a year for client meetings or trade shows

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Business acumen
  • Verbal and written communication proficiency
